It’s important for businesses to be transparent about their policies and, in an effort to be fair to everyone, to enforce those policies across the board. In the interest of fairness, transparency and good communication, here are the policies True Horizon has put in place. It’s important for clients to understand that when they make an appointment, we set aside that time for them in our schedule. If they cancel late or don’t show up, we can’t always fill that time with another paying client. Of course we understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate true emergencies.
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hour notice, you will be charged in full for your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment. If you are using a gift certificate to pay for the missed appointment, the gift certificate will be voided.
No-shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment time, you be charged in full for your scheduled appointment. ?As with late cancellations, this amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment and if you are using a gift certificate, it will be voided.
Late Arrivals:
We strive to start and end all appointments on time. To be fair to all clients, if you arrive late for your appointment, your session will be shortened to end at the regularly scheduled time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled massage appointment, you will be considered a no-show and you will be charged in full for the appointment.
